Delete your Athlorun account & data
You can permanently delete your Athlorun account and the data associated with it at any time — from inside the app, or using the form on this page without reinstalling the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open Athlorun
Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap your Profile, then the Settings icon.

Delete Your Account
Tap Delete Your Account and confirm by tapping Delete.

Done
You are signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion.
What gets deleted
- Account and login (email, Google sign-in link)
- Profile: name, photo, country, weight, goals
- Health assessment answers
- Steps, daily metrics, workouts and GPS routes
- Gear, schedules, friends, badges, coins and leaderboard entries
- Uploaded photos and notification preferences
What may be retained
We may keep a minimal record for up to 180 days where required by law or to prevent fraud — for example, records of reward redemptions for accounting, or a record that a deletion request was completed. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. Data you have written to Android Health Connect stays on your device under your control; remove it from Settings → Health Connect.
Coins and rewards are forfeited when an account is deleted, and deletion cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion from the web
Don't have the app installed? Submit this form. Your email app will open with a pre-filled request to support@athlorun.com — just press send. Please send it from the email address linked to your Athlorun account so we can verify you.
Almost done! Your email app should have opened with your request. If it didn't, email support@athlorun.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your account email address.
